		Evergreen Agricultural Enterprises, Inc. consists of the Evergreen Farms and Evergreen Nursery divisions, and Evergreen Agricultural Products, L.L.C. Six thousand acres of land, owned by Evergreen in the fertile Willamette Valley of Oregon, produces nursery stock, grass seed, cereal grains, clover seed, walnuts, hazelnuts, wine grapes, and premium Christmas trees trees offered for sale in both the domestic and international marketplace. Evergreen Nursery division is a wholesale nursery consisting of 100 acres of quality, container grown nursery stock and a 20-acre field for B&B production. The nursery inventory includes over 120 different species of plants which are propagated and grown under the supervision of our Quality Control Program's well trained staff. Products are sold by contract and retail sales agreements. Evergreen Farms division directly cultivates approximately 4,700 acres of prime agricultural land. Grass seeds and cereal grains are the Farm's primary crops, including rye, tall fescue, bent and orchard grasses, and wheat, barley and oat grains. Evergreen Agricultural Products, L.L.C. harvests the hazelnuts from our orchards and processes them to make such treats as Hazelnut Biscotti, Dry-Roasted Hazelnuts, Hazelnuts with Dried Fruit, and a variety of delicious gourmet treats made with our hazelnuts, under the brand names Evergreen Orchards and Sweet Nana.
